There have been 5 meetings planned during the 2 year life span of the project. The first one took place in Trondheim, Norway in September 2009, the second on in Groningen, Holland in February 2010, the next one in Lubartow, Poland in May 2010, the other one in Cllado Villalba, Spain in November 2010 and the last one is planned in Nove Zamky, Slovakia in May 2011.
